Champarty Sparkling White Non-Vintage

Description

A semi-dry sparkling wine, produced by method Charmat. Hand harvested, gentle pressing followed by cold, slow fermentation of the free-run juice and a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a golden straw color, a fresh and pleasant aroma of honey and summer fruits such as peaches and plums. Light body, delicate sweetness and a pleasant and long finish. This sparkling wine is exceptionally versatile, and accompanies the most varied cuisines, from appetizers to fish dishes. It can be enjoyed throughout the meal or at the beach at twilight.
