Ghito Rose 2021

Description

Made from a blend of Carignan grapes grown in Israel’s southern Sharon area and Grenache from Gush Etzion, the Ghito (formerly Gito) Rosé is crafted from grapes that were harvested relatively early in order to preserve the wine’s crisp acidity and freshness. The Carignan fermented in old French oak barrels and the Grenache in stainless steel tanks. Both wines were then aged for five months on its lees.
