Herzog Selection Rose Brut

Herzog Selection wines are all crafted by Pierre Miodownick, arguably the greatest Kosher winemaker in all France —and perhaps all of Europe. His Brut Rose sparkling wine represents classic French elegance and outstanding value. The crisp aromas include grapefruit, apple and toasted bread. The palate skews towards red berry, —strawberry, raspberry and ripe bing cherry. This is delicious with salmon sashimi, fried mushrooms or Chinese egg rolls and hot mustard.
