This wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes that grow on a unique soil that combines limestone, basalt and terra rosa at the height of 850 meters (2790 Ft.) at the upper Galilee. It has a deep purple color, a rich taste of black fruit, blackberry, plums , and pepper and has a long aftertaste. The wine was aged for 16 months in french oak barrels to enhance its flavors.
