Nadiv Winery is a young and exciting project in the Judean Hills which fuses fantastic Israeli terroir with veteran kosher winemaker Pierre Miodownick’s decades of expertise in Bordeaux.
These vibrant and easy-going wines are bursting with ripe fruit flavors, making them the perfect partner for a relaxed weeknight dinner or casual family gathering.
This luscious Bordeaux blend is aged in oak barrels for 16 months, creating a powerful and ageworthy wine with firm tannins and bold dark fruit flavors which will develop gracefully in the cellar.
These flagship Nadiv wines are crafted using time-honored Bordeaux winemaking techniques including extended barrel maturation and the very best fruit from the estate’s Judean Hills vineyards.
Nadiv Reshit Red 2016 was awarded 89 points by Wine Enthusiast.
Founded by a passionate French family who long dreamed of returning to their ancestral home to make wine, Nadiv Winery is the result of years of experience of making exceptional wines in the finest terroirs of France, Spain and Portugal. This young and exciting boutique winery is overseen by legendary kosher winemaker Pierre Miodownick who was responsible for producing Chateau Giscours’s first kosher wine in Bordeaux in 1993 and the first quality kosher white Burgundy.
This newcomer on the Israeli wine scene has rapidly made a name for itself, producing exceptional wines with French style and a true Israeli spirit. Miodownick skilfully fuses the influence of the prime southern Judean Hills terroir with Bordeaux-influenced winemaking techniques to create elegant and intense wines that already rival many of Israel’s more established wineries.
