Leibedik is a joyful wine that combines techniques to create a light and playful character. This wine is crafted as a field flend, with the liquid remaining on the skins for approximately 24 hours before fermentation. Towards the end of the process, a small amount of wine fermented with the skins is reintroduced to achieve the perfect balance. No barrels are used in the production, ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience. A blend of Carignan, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot.
