About Binyamina Winery
Binyamina Winery has a long and storied history of incredible wines made in the heart of Israel. Established by Joseph Zeltzer in 1952, the winery’s name derives from the town of Binyamina, the hub of Israel’s wine region. Over 60 years later, the winery now maintains superb vineyards all over Israel from the Golan Heights to the Judean Hills, allowing for more varietal wines and blends with distinctive flavor profiles and textures. During the past few decades, Binyamina has upgraded its operations with the addition of some of the finest wine production equipment and barrel cellars available.
Chief winemaker Yiftach Perets knows that exceptional wine begins in the fields, so discovering and investing in the finest plots is always the starting point. Thanks to the finest growers and vintners in Israel, Binyamina wines continue to top the competition in terms of quality and flavor. By focusing on every step of the process from the grape seed to your table, Binyamina Winery has created some of the most unique kosher wines available.
