David's Picks

Jezreel Pet-Nat Sparkling Rosé

"If you have not enjoyed Pet-Nat in the past, I highly suggest you try a bottle of this non-traditional wine right away! Pet-Nat, which means Natural and Sparkling in French, is a wilder version of champagne. The natural fermentation occurs in the bottle and will give you all the markings of a classic rosé (notes of strawberry, cherry etc.) but with the added complexity of yeast and sparkling profiles. I can't imagine getting through this "non-traditional" summer, home with my 3 kids, without this wine!"

Rubis-Roc Rosé

"I was shocked when I tried this wine... and I mean that in the best way possible! This French rosé is full of fruit notes yet with perfect acidity and a refreshing crisp feel when you drink it. It's perfect to enjoy for the last few remaining warmer months and for Rosh Hashanah."

Eric's Picks

Gush Etzion Lone Oak Gewurztraminer

"The Gush Etzion Gewurztraminer is my current go-to white wine. I've brought this wine to several different Shabbos meals and the reaction is always along the lines of "wow, this is one the best white wines I've had! How much does it cost?" At a price point of under $20, this wine is packed with flavor and value."

Capcanes Peraj Petita

"Capçanés stands out from other wineries based on its commitment to sustainability. The winery, which originally did not produce kosher wines, has an intense appreciation for the laws of kashrut and how they contribute to sustainable winemaking. Peraj Petita is their entry-level red wine and full of lively fruit notes. Whenever I order a case of wines for myself, I always add at least one Capcanes"

Azik's Picks

Goose Bay Sauvignon Blanc

"If you are looking for a great white wine for an affordable price, this is for you. Aromatic with a complex feel, you will wonder where the bottle went!"

Netofa Latour White

"The Latour White from Netofa is a great example of a single varietal Chenin blanc from Israel, crisp and delicious, one of the best whites out there."

Greg's Picks

Vitkin Journey

"While you can't travel to Israel these days, this wine will transport you on a journey (pun-intended) through some of the best Mediterranean varietals blended into one magnificent wine from Israel. It's great to drink right out of the bottle or can be decanted for a bit of time before drinking."

Flam Classico

"The Flam Classico has an expensive, refined taste and feel that not only makes it a great weekday wine, but can also age gracefully over the next few years. The 18 vintage was particularly excellent in Israel and this wine is superb for the price."

Dovid's Picks

Galil Mountain Sauvignon Blanc 2018

"Tropical fruit flavors of lychee and passion fruit on the nose along with citrus and the hallmark fresh grass notes are what you get with this refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, a perfect accompaniment to salads, fish dishes and cheese platters."

Louis Blanc Vintage Cotes Du Rhone Villages Servigny

"Pour this 2014 Cotes du Rhone to go along with your roast or steak and allow the wine to open in your glass throughout the meal. This wine offers pleasant acidity, fine tannins, and layers of rich texture that have developed in the bottle over the years. For under $20 you will enjoy the spiced red fruit flavors that are a trademark of the Grenache grape, while the Syrah adds body and hints of black pepper. A wine this good usually costs at least twice as much."

Brad's Picks

Louis Blanc Morcantel Bourgogne 2015 Vintage: 2015

"Within the past decade there have been some changes to the wine labeling laws in Burgundy and this wine is seldom seen outside of France. This is the first time I have tasted a Bourgogne Gamay and I was so impressed. Tart cherry and raspberry flow from the nose to the palate. This wine has beautiful bright acidity and silky soft tannins. Enjoy!"

Domaine Netofa Rosé

"The Domaine Netofa was the first rosé I drank as the weather began to warm up this season and it immediately made me remember why I love rosé! This crisp and intensely aromatic Israeli rosé is so well balanced with bursts of summer berries intermingled with fresh savory notes. I guarantee you that once opened, the bottle won’t last very long."
